Mr Adrian Tan
Head of Labs, WeWork Southeast Asia
Adrian Tan is Head of Labs for WeWork Southeast Asia. Prior to this, he was the program director of Vietnam Innovative Startup Accelerator (VIISA) an accelerator and US$6M seed stage fund based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Previously, Adrian was a Lean Startup Coach and Program Manager at Joyful Frog Digital Incubator (JFDI Asia), Southeast Asia’s first accelerator. While also supporting corporate and innovation programs based on lean startup and design-thinking, he also helped to kickstart JFDI Discover, a 3 week online pre-acceleration course and has coached over 1000 startup founders in the region.
Mr Leong Chee Tung
Co-Founder and CEO, EngageRocket
CheeTung is committed to bring the same level of analytics, sophistication, and scientific rigour to managing people as is currently applied to managing finance and customers. He is the CEO of EngageRocket, an HR tech startup that analyses employee feedback in real-time to advise you on how to manage your team better. Before becoming an entrepreneur, he was Regional Director of Gallup in Southeast Asia. He read Economics at the University of Cambridge, and has an MA in Political Science from Columbia University under the Singapore Armed Forces Overseas Scholarship (SAFOS).
Mr Ricky Lin
Founder and CEO, Life3 Biotech
Having been brought up in a family of street food hawkers, Ricky understands what it is like to experience challenges and is a huge advocate of championing change through innovation and collaboration.
Prior to founding LIFE3 Biotech, Ricky Lin served his scholarship bond with the Singapore Armed Forces. Subsequently, his work at Hendon Energy’s international trading desk saw him covering the physical and OTC commodities market. He eventually ventured into the future food industry, where he self-funded LIFE3 Biotech which has since garnered support from various stakeholders – both commercial and in the public sector.
Over the past decade, Ricky has been an active contributor to both local and international communities. When he was Chairman of the Youth Executive Committee under the People’s Association Youth Movement, he led his team to break the Guinness World Record in 2012 through a non-stop baking project to create the world’s largest cupcake mosaic to commemorate Singapore’s National Day.
Ricky currently also serves as District Councillor to Mayor in the South East Community Development Council, as well as Vice-Chairman for the SG Health Committee

Mr Terence Quek, PBM
CEO & Master Trainer, Emergenetics Asia Pacific
Completing 13 years of service with the Singapore Navy, Terence co-founded strategic communications consultancy Caelan & Sage, leading it to a merger to form Emergenetics Caelan & Sage. He heads up the Asia Pacific Headquarter for Emergenetics International, a global people and organization development company that leverages the science of Emergenetics to realise individual and team potential and drive results.
Apart from being one of few Master Trainers for Emergenetics globally, Terence is recognised by the Association for Talent Development as ATD Master Performance Consultant and ATD Expert Coach. He holds a Master of Science in Communication Management from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Honours) from University of Sheffield, UK.
